We loved it. The room was awesome at night we could view the strip and the bed was beyond comfortable! Masks weren't required.
Everything was clean. They don't clean your room till you check out. They gave complimentary masks. Definitely a blessed trip to get away finally.

Vending machines were unavailable so we had to go out just to get water. No microwave in the room. They built dividers, hand wash stations in the casino and enough posters to encourage guest to wash hands frequently.
My girlfriend was treated unfair and racially profiled and she got kicked out so I had no choice but to cancel our stay and go to flamingo.
The room was perfect, casino was very nice though. Clean room, nice view. The parking lot could use more direction signs, to make it more clear on the way to the exit.

Good Room BUT reopening jitters made it difficult. This requires an explanation. LOTS of the issues I had were from the reopening after changing the protocol for the pandemic.
Even though I'm an M-Life Platinum member there were very few people assisting me in the preferred line.
However, I had a standard 2 Queen when I went to my room. It took almost 1 hour before I got the correct room.
I had to show him pictures from my cellphone that I had the improper toom assigned to me. It took another hour until my luggage was brought to my room.
The bellhop apologized bedause there was inadequate staffing and there was confusion at the bell desk in his own words.
There was a large sofa with a pull out bed including chairs, a desk with an executive seat and a large HD flat screen TV. THe bathroom had a standard tub as well as a large stall shower with 2 complete sink setups.
The King bed was very comfy with a serta mattress. I had enough towels to get me through my stay. I had a partial view of the strip. The room was very quiet.
I'll allow the glitches because this was reopening after adjusting for the pandemic PLUS it was a free room.

I immediately report it because we are a smoke free family. I leave to the pool and after a few hours I return.
The smoke smell is still present in the room so i notify the hotel staff. About 45 minutes go buy and no one has arrived so I call again.
They compensate and let me know it is assigned to a housekeeper. I let them know I will be out for dinner.
I come back around 1 am to find a line to the elevator all the way to the lobby. I notice that the line was only towards the floor elevators throughout the day.
I ask him what the protocol is towards the elevators because the long is line. He mentions that the more people that wear masks the faster the line will go.
I let him know that i experienced something quite differently. I experienced that they were letting people into the elevators by parties.
So if there was a party of 1 only one person goes in. At this point i get even more frustrated with all his responses.
He did not care at all! I pull out my phone and let him know that I am pulling my phone out to record the conversation. He stated that since I am recording he will not speak to me.
I let him know that I was recording the conversation not him. Since I was getting no where with him I ask for his manager. He approached his manager to was also in the front desk but instead of the front office manager approaching me.
She explained to me that all this is new to them and this is the most people they have had in a weekend.
She apologized and said that they are trying their best and are also using service elevators. I felt better talking to her as she explained and admitted that this was new and there was not clear communication as to what exactly was going on.
Getting the truth and being apologetic was more comforting than speaking to someone dismissive. I left better but was still not happy that the front desk manager didnt come out to speak to me.
When i get back to my room the smoke smell is still present. They states they could not offer me a room move because they are at full capacity but they can send the machine to deodorize but that my family and I would have to step out the room.
I obviouy could not leave my room as I have kids and they were tired. So there was nothing they could do for me.
I was excited about this hotel but several things didnt sit well with me. To start, the smoke smell was never resolved so my family and I were stuck smelling the horrid smell of cigarettes.
Martin the front desk agent was not empathetic and shower he didnt care about my issues because they were not his department.

Room smelt of weed and pubes found on top of the bed upon arrival. Switched rooms but not enough staff to fix issues. Not a 4 star hotel and regretting switching our Golden Nugget reservation.

It was definitely less crowded at the Signature if you are concerned about Covid, however, you will be walking farther to the casino.
Also, if you book through a third party, you don't have to pay resort fees. It's cheaper than a basic room at the MGM hotel. I never saw another soul on my floor.
Also of note at The Signature, out of the three towers, you will valet park at tower 2 and tower 2 is the only pool open.
Food Service is not available as of yet. Pools: All hot tubs are closed, everyday. During the week, 3 pools are always open. On Thursday, the forth pool opened.
Needless to say, the entire pool complex was packed on the weekends. Around , they reached capacity on Saturday and there was a line to get in, as people were leaving.
Again, it was packed on the weekends and there is no limit to entering the river. It's bumper to bumper. I also felt like the pools were not as warm as they typically are.
During the week, I was happy with the pool capacity and service. Casino: Most tables are shut down. Slots are open, about every other one.
Restaurants: I'd say about half were open. I'd recommend calling ahead and making reservations.
Don't rely on the internet for ANY information on any restaurants, venues, pool cabanas, etc.. You will be disappointed.
